John Arndt has been an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF and earned his master’s degree in Christian Formation and Discipleship at the University of the Nations in South Africa. He is a Strengths Coach certified by Strategic Leadership Institute’s NeuWorx program through Gallup.

John fell in love with helping people through coaching and Christian formation in 2011, when he became a certified coaching professional using Gallup's CliftonStrengths while training people in church-planting and discipleship tools. Although he lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma now with his wife and son, living in South Africa for almost a decade showed him how necessary patient attention and consistent encouragement is for people from diverse cultures and socio-economic backgrounds. His Masters's in Christian Formation and Discipleship set the groundwork for his coaching today, which focused on how asking open questions instead of just relying on giving advice could contribute to leadership and character development. He's been working with Integer Networks since 2018.
