Work at Fletcher Seminary
Adjunct Faculty positions
Fletcher Seminary is expanding its adjunct faculty team to better serve our students, drawn from many Christian traditions and backgrounds, as they engage with a challenging curriculum in an inclusive and student-centered learning environment.
At the graduate level, adjunct faculty require a terminal degree with demonstrated experience in their subject. At the certificate level, adjunct faculty require a master’s degree with demonstrated experience in their subject. Some exceptions are made at the certificate level for those with a bachelor’s degree and significant expertise and experience in the subject being taught.
If our mission, vision, and values align with yours and you are committed to helping learners achieve their goals, we’d love to hear from you.
Positions available for each trimester depend on the courses being offered and student enrollment. A contract of employment is not guaranteed. For further information or to send a letter of interest and resume/CV, please email info@fletcherseminary.org.
