Rev. Bethany Busby has a B.S. in Ministry from Hardin-Simmons University and a M.Div. from Logsdon Seminary. She is a board-certified chaplain through the Association of Professional Chaplains and works full-time as a chaplain for Centra Hospice. Bethany is married to Rev. Ryan Busby, the pastor of First Baptist Church of Danville, Virginia and is also is the mom to three boys, Rory, Remy, and Rhett. Bethany also serves her church as the part-time Children’s Pastor. She is honored to serve on the board of Fletcher Seminary where theological education is made accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, sexuality, or nationality.
