Dr. Heidi L. Baxter has been Assistant Professor in Hebrew Bible since 2016 and Program Director for Thriving in Ministry Initiative since 2022 at Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Shawnee, KS. She has a PhD in Biblical Interpretation--Hebrew Bible with a minor in Theology from Brite Divinity School in Fort Worth, TX; an MDiv and MA from Central Baptist Theological Seminary, and a BA in English Literature from Wheaton College (Norton, Mass). Her favorite part of being engaged in theological work is the opportunity to facilitate students' growth and transformation. She currently resides in Fort Worth, TX with her family.
